[Super Sam Almost Complete]

What crap

The background is so screwed up- it glitches at the end of the loop and it fucking hurts my head trying to look at the screen. Try using clouds or something with a slow moving cityscape near the bottom. Also needs sound fx or at least some music.

The only thing I thought was good was the title screen and some of the artwork. The rest of it was shit and I hated it.

Why would you submit this if it wasn't finished? If you're trying to get people excited over a game that's gonna suck, then just stop because no one's ever gonna care.

Cool game

It was a little bit on the easy side, but still cool. I was most impressed the sound fx- they were very fitting. Maybe add some music in the next one?

Good game except for..

When you get a game over, the screen goes black and thats it. Nothing.
Also, the character will go invisible once in a while after a large fall.

Other than those, this game is pretty good. It has very entertaining scripting. For instance, right before you get chased by the octopus, I hopped a couple platforms, accidentally let off a green ball thing, it bounced off some object and knocked this crazy super jump thing out of the sky. I couldn't tell if that was planned or I did it myself. I really like it when games dish out that kind of confusion. Its crazy! 4/5

Cool Game

I think it would be funner if the character was some sort of movie sprite rather than a block and the scenery was a little less abstract. Some story would be cool too.

Neat idea about controlling explosions with jumping rate- that was the best part. 4/5

Lack of Necesities

The game seemed bare minimal in content. Add title graphics, some control instructions, and maybe some story in the beginning screen rather than just a start button. Music might help too.

I initially thought it was pretty bad until the scenery changed and my vision was shortened. That was a very unique way of increasing the difficulty and adding some pleasantness to the visuals. I liked that the most. 3/5

Something about it was weird, but i don't know what exactly. Try making the levels more difficult, but also try to keep the open ended-ness of it. Music was ok. u get a 3.
